User Agreement

• Although we try our best efforts to get all the registered profiles matured at the earliest possible even though destiny plays its major role into the matter as such we can’t give any guaranty as regards to Time & Maturity of Profiles.
• Fees already charged on account of our fees/charges i.e. Registration charges, meeting charges,maturity charge etc., are non-refundable since these are against our Labor already provided or to be incurred.
• We take all the due care & precaution to protect the privacy of our clients however we can’t guaranty if there is any misuse on account of faulty network or otherwise.
• Information supplied by us to any client are normally based on the details supplied to us by the other party which are later on cross checked by us as far as possible however we cannot be held responsible if the party concealed or misrepresented any fact & material information which was not traceable. Please note that the onus of final verification of particular shared lies with the client himself.
• We can use information/contact details as provided by the clients for any promotional purpose without any anticipated responsibility on their part.
• Information in respect of matrimonial bio-data & pictures will appear on the website shubhlagans.com and mobile application but clients those who are not intended to avail this facility can inform us accordingly. We have designed a feature of Private & Public Profile which will be implemented accordingly.
• We can use your photographs of events of Roka,sagan,ladies sangeet & marriage function, where ever we deem fit in our website and mobile application.
• Communication in respect of our service charges is conveyed by us through what’sapp/voice call/text messages/email to all the clients and this will be treated as implied having consented by the client if not otherwise disagreed by client in writing.
• As payment of our service charges are as per term of the contact between client & us and non payment of same from client is sufficient enough to be considered as a breach of contract by client and allow us to pursue legal/suitable action.
• Immediate after your registration with us on shubhlagans.com, it will be implied that you have read, noted, understand and follow all the Terms & Conditions/User Agreement/Privacy Policy as laid down in our website and mobile application and that it will be binding upon all the parties concerned.
• All of or any of Terms & Conditions laid down in our website and mobile application can be altered ,added or removed from time to time by the authorized person of the company.
• This Agreement and any services rendered here under are subject to all the applicable laws and regulations of India and the rights and obligations of the parties here to under or in connection with this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Panipat will have the jurisdiction.
